Returns and Exchanges

At Sarah Baxter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sarahbaxterhelp@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. 
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item, please specify the desired size or product in your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sarahbaxterhelp@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
